Coronavirus.illinois.gov will provide eligible residents with nearby vaccination sites, information on how to make an appointment to receive the vaccine, updates on the state’s plan and eligibility, and answers to frequently asked questions about the COVID-19 vaccine.

Today, we launched a website for the purpose of scheduling vaccination appointments. The portal at
vaccine.cookcountyil.gov will allow people to be placed in the proper phase and, if appointments are available, to schedule their vaccination.
There is also a hotline phone number at 1-833-308-1988 which will be open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Walgreens is vaccinating seniors and essential workers at 92 sites across Illinois, according to Pritzker’s office, and appointments can be made at

Starting 1/25/2021 - Jewel-Osco is allowing people to make appointments online at
https://www.mhealthappointments.com/covidappt for shots at its stores, according to the governor’s office.
Walmart is taking appointments for seniors and essential workers at six of its stores in Chicago at
https://www.walmart.com/cp/1228302.
