Office Assistant -Oak Park Office (1 position available)

Duties: Will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. The office assistant must be able to monitor and maintain office supplies as well as perform any work related errands.

Skills:

  • Computer proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills must be polite, personable and diplomatic
  • Excellent writing skills. Must be able to communicate  effectively and accurately

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
