There are several funding sources available to help offset - or in many cases - fully cover the cost of services from Gareda. These sources include government payors such as the Illinois Department on Aging, Illinois Department of Human Services and The US Department of Veterans Affairs. We are also affiliated with many Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and we accept other insurance or private payment.
Illinois Department on Aging
The Illinois Department on Aging offers the Community Care Program, which provides Home Care Services for those 60 years of age and older in need of long term care services. The Department performs a comprehensive assessment of an individuals physical and financial eligibility. If eligible, an individual can request Gareda for Home Care Services.
